Clergy are people too.

As a former congregational pastor and Marriage and Family Therapist, I am committed to providing a safe and confidential place for pastors and their families to seek counseling.
As a parent and spouse, I understand the “liturgical dance” that ensues when the unique challenges and struggles, that come from being a congregational leader, complicate personal relationship, family obligations, and time for self and God.
Ministry brings clergy into intimate places in a congregant’s life. Over time, that can give rise to questions of justice and faith, personal doubt and questioning, isolation, depression, stress, and burnout.
It would be my honor is to support local clergy and their families as they endeavor to learn and grow in their own personal and spiritual journey.
Common Reasons for Seeking a Clergy Counselor include:
- Managing Stress
- Addressing Systemic Dilemmas and Crises
- Conflict Resolution
- Managing Healthy Boundaries Between Church and Home
- Sustaining Ministry Vitality and Preventing Burnout
